Sessions usually run for one to two hours, which matters with toddlers, because the first twenty minutes are often just warming up, and the best pictures tend to come once a child has decided the room is fun.

Bring whatever helps your child feel at home: a favourite toy, a snack, a spare outfit. If your toddler has a beloved blanket or a much-loved pair of shoes, bring those too — familiar things settle small children faster than any amount of direction. The photographers work through games, songs, and peekaboo rather than instructions, and if your child needs a break, the session pauses. Nobody is going to force a smile out of a tired toddler.

When you book, the studio will ask about your child’s age, interests, and anything that helps them feel comfortable. On the day, the session begins with play, not photographs. There is no fixed order of shots to get through, and a session that wanders a little usually photographs better than one that marches to a plan.

After the session, the photographs are edited and prepared for you. Edited, high-resolution images are delivered within 10–14 days, and all RAW photographs are included.
